+LICENSE ADDENDUM TO SOFTWARE "ORTHOGRAPHIC"
+
+This license addendum is valid in addition to previously established license agreement, as outlined in the file "LICENSE" which ships with the source code of this software product.
+
+By actively deploying, using, and/or modifying the Original Work, you additionally agree to the following additional licensing terms:
+
+       1) Redistribution of modifications of the Original Work. The licensor grants You the permission to redistribute the Original Work when adhering to all terms as outlined in the LICENSE document. In addition, the licensor prohibits redistribution of modifications of the Original Work to the following online code sharing platforms:
+               a) Github.com
+               b) Github Gist
+               c) Gitlab.com
+               d) CodePen.io
+
+
+       2) Legal action concerning section 1). If You make modifications of the Original Work available on one or all of the aforementioned online platforms, the licensor is at the liberty to initiate legal action against You to the full extent and accordance with your local law. The costs for the legal action and/or the lawsuit are to be carried by You.
+
+
+       3) Initiation of legal action if a violation of section 1) is evidenced against You. In case of a detection of a violation against section 1) of this addendum, the author of the Original Work will take steps that aid in prevention of legal action, such as contacting You in order to reach a viable soliution for both parties. Should this not succeed, the author of the Original Work is at the liberty to decide if legal action is launched against You.

+       4) Initiation of reaching a mutual agreement. Prior into engaging into redistribution of the Original Work, You are to contact the owner of the Original Work in order to discuss the intent You are having, in order to reach a mutual agreement. When contacting the owner of the Original Work, You are to provide details where the Original Work with your modifications is to be distributed, and the reasons for that.
+               a) Section 4) does not apply if the redistribution is in accordance with the terms as outlined in the LICENSE document. Section 4) only applies if the redistribution should take place on any of the platforms as outlined in Section 1) of this addendum.

+       5) Additions, redistributions and/or modifications of source texture material. Along with the source code of this software, You are provided with the source material used to generate the ground textures in the folder "textures". You may redistribute changes and/or additions to this material to a platform and/or website of your choosing. If the additional or modified source material is subject to a particular license, You are in the duty of informing about this circumstance in your offer.

+       6) Distribution of your own generated orthos / ground textures, and/or flight simulator scenery. If You have generated ground textures with either the provided source material of the Original Work, and/or used additional or modified source material to generate the ground textures, the author of the Original Work grants you the permission to provide these at any website and/or platform of your choosing. If the achieved results are using different default settings than provided in the software distribution, You are to provide these settings in your distribution also (defines.py).
+               a) Flight simulator scenery. The software distribution of the owner of the Original Work provides the technical option to generate flight simulator scenery files in addition to the generated ground textures. You are being granted the permission to provide the scenery data along with the ground textures to any website or platform of your choosing.
